Zotero is a flexible, operating system-independent reference management software. We'll gladly support should you run into any challenges while working with Zotero or when switching from another reference management software. For a general introduction to using Zotero, please attend one of our courses. For purely technical questions, for example about installation, please contact IT-Support.
We are also happy to offer you advice via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or by phone.

Hannah Daßler is librarian BA. She'll support you in branch library 4 on all questions concerning research in language and literature studies and she is also a contact for reference management.
Max Franke
Max Franke is a graduated librarian and works in Branch Library 3. He offers counseling on literature research in the fields of sociology, political science, economics, and sports, as well as the reference management tool Zotero.
Dr. Inga Gerike
Dr. Inga Gerike is the subject librarian for English and American Studies, Communication Sciences, Slavic Studies, Romance Studies and General Language and Literature Sciences. She advises you on internships at the University Library and on Jobs at the Information facilities and will also be happy to assist you with reference management (Zotero).
